LEGO Challenge
Dates & Times: March 27 – March 31, 2:00pm – 3:30pm (meets daily) | April 10 – May 3, 4:30pm – 6:00pm (meets Monday & Wednesday)
Grade Level: 3rd through 5th grades
Class Description: Designed for students in 3rd through 5th grades using the SPIKE Prime platform students will experience an accelerated FIRST Lego League team experience. Students will learn basic robot building, game strategy, and the basics of coding, and much more. to control their robot, learn different elements of programming in order to control their robots.
Class Limit: 10 students

Kids Who Code
Dates & Times: March 27 – March 31, 9:00am – 10:30am (meets daily) | May 8 – May 31, 4:30pm – 6:00pm (meets Monday & Wednesday)
Grade Level: 2nd through 4th grades
Class Description: Designed for students in 2nd through 4th grades with little to no computer coding experience. This class will utilize the online platform SCRATCH to teach the basics of computer coding and build student confidence in problem-solving and computational thinking.
Club Limit: 10 students
Cost: $50.00
Girls Who Code
Dates & Times: April 4 – June 6, 4:30pm – 6:00pm (meets weekly)
Grade Level: 3rd through 5th grades
Class Description: “Girls Who Code is a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology. Our programs educate, equip, and inspire girls with the computing skills they’ll need to pursue 21st-century opportunities.”
What Is A Girls Who Code Club?
Girls Who Code Clubs are spaces where girls can join our sisterhood of supportive peers and use Computer Science to change the world. When you join a Club, you will learn by reading excerpts from our books Learn to Code and Change the World and The Friendship Code, practice new skills by completing fun and simple online coding tutorials, and build community through interactive activities with the rest of your Club.
Club Limit: 10 students
Cost: FREE
